You can use the automatic supplier search system. However, you can also manually assign a task to a specific person. Do it by “asking him” or hard-press it on his to-do list. If you choose a question, he will have to confirm it in the application. If he rejects the task, he will remain without an assigned person. As you can see, he has 30 seconds to do it :)

Manual assignment is obvious. But did you know that the system can do it for you by selecting the most advantageous variant. As you can see below, you specify the relevant parameters and the system will build a list of suppliers and start asking them one by one if they will accept the job. He will do it at the appointed time. So you don't have to sit around and call everyone if they can do it

You can create a supplier database in the system. After the invitation, each supplier will receive an email with a link to the application and a special code. He must enter this code to get to the system where he will receive the order. In the application, he will specify his availability and will be able to accept orders.

Each supplier uses the system only through a mobile application. Access to the application is only with one code, nothing else. This code can only be active on one device. And after logging in, you'll see something like this:
